December Diversions

We are not sure where 2009 went, much less December! My 10 month old oven was not working FOR THE SECOND TIME in 3 months so by the time it was finally repaired (it took 3 weeks this time) and I was able to do some Christmas baking the month was half over! We had all but Jen and her family here so that was nice. Heather went to the Christmas Dance (of course) with a friend--Daniel Goodrich. She sprained her ankle in basketball practice but thanks to some physical therapy, it healed quickly. For her birthday, she and her friends had a gingerbread house decorating contest then watched Hercules. Dan has a new PAD! He moved over to Orem next to UVU. He is working part-time at DHI and just started his second semester. So we are almost empty-nesters! With Heather involved in basketball AND a county-league volleyball team, we feel like we are already there! Here are a few pictures:
